● Used to thaw clinical plasma. It is suitable for thawing frozen plasma for cryoprecipitate coagulation factors preparation (centrifugation method). It can thaw fresh frozen plasma by constant temperature water bath, monitor and record the temperature changes in the whole process of plasma thawing in real time, and realize the data traceability of thawing process.

● The two key control points during cryoprecipitate preparation are water bath temperature and thawing time.


Technical Features

Vibration and Shake System

During the thawing process, the heat exchange efficiency between plasma and water was accelerated by shaking the system at a fixed frequency.

The plasma bag was slightly squeezed by the circulating water through the shaking system to shorten the thawing time.


Water Circulation System

Large water storage capacity. Low water temperature fluctuation.

While standby, the heating water tank internal water temperature equilibrium by the internal water circulation system.

During thawing, the thawing tank and heating tank equilibrate the temperature of the plasma thawing environment through the water circulation system.

Adopts tubular heat exchanger, which can effectively increase the heat transfer area and raise heat transfer efficiency.

Plasma Temperature Control after Thawing

After thawing, the water circulation between the thawing tank and the heating tank is non-stop to ensure that the temporary storage temperature of plasma is maintained at 1-6 , reducing the risk of loss of coagulation factors caused by long-term storage of plasma in room temperature.


Data Management

A simulated plasma bag can be intervened to effectively monitor the plasma core temperature.

A color LCD touch screen ie used to record the thawing temperature and thawing time of plasma in real time.

The data related to plasma thawing will be record automatically and can be accessed at any time.

The scanner is optional to scan and automatically record the bar code of the thawed plasma bag, and add bar code records to the temperature/time curve to meet the needs of data traceability and quality management.
